Opened on 1st June 2015 in Surrey, British Columbia, GJ’s Kitchen is an Indian restaurant by Executive Chef Gurjyote Singh Sethi, who has an extensive and vast experience in food.
Taking over the legacy from his grandmother in the cooking of various cuisines, he has built a name in the ever-emerging hospitality industry. Belonging to a hardcore Punjabi family, where food is given the preference of a Maharaja [king], the innovative dishes created in GJ’s kitchen carries the flavor of seven seas from India.
